Viator team CEO has been invited by the European Microfinance Platform to online webinar to share her valuable experience with the world how to deal with the crises and how to manage to get back to pre-crisis size of the Company.
The CEO Aynur Aliyeva gave speech on her ways to overcome different kinds of challenges, like de-valuations, COVID-19 pandemic, war in the country and the tools she handled and led her Company and team out of the crisis meanwhile the other banks and non-banking financial institutions just stopped the lending and froze their operations for uncertain period.
Besides the financial knowledge, CEO emphasized the moral aspect of dealing the crisis is, to cope with negative emotions and being silent and also stable during the financial challenges. It was a helpful and supportive lesson for the webinar participants to get to know the new financial methods of Viator CEO how to cope with diverse types of economic issues.
