On September 22, 2023, the Azerbaijan Micro-finance Association (AMFA) organized the "Back to Business" AMFA Picnic. About 65 representatives representing Central Bank, Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Banks and Non-Bank Credit Organizations, Business Associations covering various sectors, and representatives of local and international organizations providing services in the microfinance sector participated in the event.

The main goal of the event was to increase the work productivity and motivation of employees working in AMFA and its partner organizations after the vacation period and to ensure that they spend efficient time.

The event was marked by various fun games, intellectual and interactive games.
